Mr. Crighton is a founding director and major shareholder of Strategic Metals Australia, with over 20 years of experience in the Australian mining and exploration industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Newcastle, NSW, and is a registered ASIC director.

Mr. Crighton has played a key role in SMA’s strategic development, resource drilling programs, and land tenure acquisitions across the Buchanan’s Creek region. Mr Crighton remains a committed advocate for SMA’s long-term growth and is aligned with the Board’s vision to unlock the full potential of its strategic assets.

Jason Cordner

Company Accountant / Director

Mr. Cordner is a qualified CPA and fellow of Finisia, field of expertise ranges from tax advice and business services to corporate advisory engagements including due diligence, valuations, business transfers and forensic accounting.

Mr. Cordner advises clients in strategic planning, estate and succession planning, focuses on business improvement and performance indicators to enhance outcomes for his clients

Scott Drelincourt

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr. Drelincourt brings more than 20 years of leadership experience as an Executive, General Manager, and Geologist. He is a registered Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM), the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), and is a registered ASIC Director.

Passionate about advancing the role of critical minerals in the global energy transition, Mr Drelincourt has championed initiatives in full valorisation of mineral ores, mine waste reprocessing, and battery manufacturing. His career spans multiple commodities, jurisdictions, and corporate structures, reflecting a breadth of expertise across the resources sector.

Most recently, Mr. Drelincourt served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Critical Minerals Group Limited, Executive Chairman of Mount Isa Minerals Limited, and as a Director of the Queensland Resources Council. His strategic vision and operational acumen continue to support the growth of Strategic Metals Australia and its commitment to sustainable resource development.

Toni Myers

Company Secretary

Ms. Myers brings a wealth of experience in commercial and corporate law, with a distinguished career specializing in complex transactions and corporate governance. Her expertise spans IPOs on the ASX, mergers and acquisitions of both private and public entities, joint ventures, asset acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and broader corporations law advisory.

Beyond her transactional experience, Ms. Myers is highly regarded for her ability to develop, refine, and strengthen governance and compliance frameworks to support effective business operations. She currently serves as Company Secretary for Vets Central and Mt Isa Minerals, further underscoring her credentials in the sector.
