PROJECTS

Buchanan’s Critical Minerals Project

Queensland’s Premier Dual-Style Lithium System

Key Highlights:

  •  20 mapped LCT pegmatites
  •  Two pegmatites drilled to JORC Inferred Resource
  •  Queensland’s only recorded spodumene occurrence
  •  Large lithium-mica metasediment zones (similar to Cinovec)
  •  JCU Li-mica results: ~10,000 ppm Li (1 wt% Li)
  •  Associated critical metals: Cs, Rb, Ta, Sn
  •  Supported by $510,000 Federal Trailblazer Research Grant
  •  3D geological modelling & metallurgical testing underway (2026–2028)

This dual mineralisation model provides both high-grade pegmatite targets and large-scale
lithium-mica potential, making Buchanan’s one of Queensland’s most strategically important
critical minerals projects.

Monte Cristo Gold Project
  •  Multiple historic high-grade shafts + pits [Monte Cristo Group] – historic production
    (1896 – 1898) ~44kg Au from processed grades ~1.5oz Au/t
  •  Rich alluvial gold mining area draining granite contacts – extensive gold production in
    1980’s

Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling completed June 2026

 5 holes drilled (900 m)

  •  Multiple sulphide-bearing intervals logged
  •  Strong sericite–hematite–epidote alteration
  •  Assays expected August–September 2026
Elizabeth Copper Project

The Elizabeth Copper Project is a high-impact exploration opportunity positioned within a
strongly mineralised volcanic dome at Buchanan’s Dome. The area hosts multiple high-grade copper, gold and silver veins, widespread surface mineralisation and numerous historical workings, highlighting the scale and strength of the system.

Rock chip sampling has returned exceptional grades, including gold values above 30–50 ppm and copper assays exceeding 25% CuO, confirming a robust multi-metal vein network.

With strong structural controls, widespread copper anomalies and a dense cluster of historical mines, Elizabeth represents a major copper–gold exploration target within SMA’s Georgetown
Inlier portfolio. Multiple drill-ready targets have been identified, positioning the project for
rapid advancement and value creation.

White Rock Tungsten Project
  •  2,300 t stockpile @ 4.6% WO₃
  •  JORC Inferred Resource: 400,000 t @ 0.8% WO₃
  •  Metallurgical recovery >80% @ 65% WO₃
Flat Creek Tungsten Project

The Flat Creek Tungsten Project is a high-potential exploration target located 22 km WNW of Forsayth, showcasing strong geological indicators of a significant scheelite-bearing system. Widespread scheelite across stream sediments, termite mounds and weathered outcrops confirms a robust mineral footprint with clear proximity to source.

A standout surface assay of 5.385% WO₃ from a 1.5 m outcrop demonstrates exceptional grade potential, supported by consistent scheelite distribution across multiple environments. A pronounced magnetic low closely aligns with mineralisation, suggesting an underlying intrusive body capable of driving a large tungsten system. Flat Creek represents a compelling early-stage tungsten opportunity within SMA’s critical minerals portfolio, oƯering strong discovery potential and strategic alignment with Australia’s growing need for secure tungsten supply.

The combination of high-grade surface samples, widespread mineral indicators, and supportive geophysical signatures positions Flat Creek as a highly prospective tungsten exploration target with strong potential for discovery at depth.
